For thousands of years, coconut products have been used to treat a wide variety of health problems. The medium-chain fatty acids found in coconut oil possess antimicrobial properties, which help protect the skin from harmful bacteria. Coconut oil also reduces inflammation keeping the skin soft and moisturized.

Essential Oils have been used for many years in various cultures for medicinal and health purposes. Because of their antidepressant, stimulating, detoxifying, antibacterial, antiviral, and calming properties, they are recently gaining popularity as a natural, safe, and cost-effective therapy for a number of health concerns. When added to substances and acids, it becomes more alkaline (neutral). That's why it can quickly soothe an upset stomach or cover bad smells.

And finally, beeswax is the natural wax substance that beehives produce. It helps keep the skin feel hydrated and soft. Due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, beeswax can inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungus, helping with rash conditions. Beeswax helps moisturize the skin without clogging the pores.
